What’s On Your Mind?

I Want To Know You.

Yes, you. I’ve hosted this little corner of the internet for for a few months now and know you a little better from our conversations in the comment section. But, oh, how I wish we could pull up two comfy chairs and share a cup of coffee and chocolate muffins together. Which has me thinking…why can’t we?

Here’s my invitation to you. Let’s press into camaraderie together. If you live close by,
let’s get coffee, or a taco, for reals. If you live in another state or on the other side of the world let’s Skype or chat on Google+. I’d love to know what’s happening in your world and heart. Let’s talk it out.

So, What’s On Your Mind?

What has you worked up, anxious, flustered today?
Is loneliness still hanging around, invading the still moments of your days?
Are you excited about something? I’d love to celebrate with you.
Continuing to look for new friends, but just don’t know where to find them?
Don’t know what to make for dinner or is something about cooking driving you bonkers?
Have you had ‘one of those weeks’ and just need a listening ear?

What ever you’re going through, I want to meet you with support, encouragement, and hope in that place.

Let’s Set A Date

Leave a comment below and let me know when you’d like to talk and we’ll put something on the calendar. You can also e-mail me at alysa [at] kitchen fellowship [dot] com. Eeeeee! I can’t wait.

I’m looking forward to something soon! I’ll try not to cry this time. Who am I kidding? I’ll cry if you get me started on my passions again. I think it’s your turn! :)

Yes! Either tomorrow or next week! I’ll FB you Kristi.

You can totally cry again. I’m all for that. My turn, though? Definitely have things in my heart that could muster tears!

Love this invitation!! Let’s do it. How’s Monday, March 24th? We’ll be all done moving and I might just need a little break from the chaos! :)

Oh moving!! I’d love to share virtual coffee with you on the 24th, Merritt! :)

Also – you’d love that book Trina suggested ‘Apartment Therapy – The 8 Step Home Cure’, especially as you ease into your new place and unpack. I’m working my way through it – valuable so far!

Alysa, I would love a phone/skype date!! I can’t believe it’s been over a decade since we talked in person… Looking forward to catching up for real!

Oh my word! Can’t believe it Katy…a decade? I just found a birthday card from you for my 18th birthday when I was cleaning my office out. I also found on old pic of us signing ‘Project Hero’ autographs. Big time.

Would love to catch up. I’ll FB you and we can pick a time.

Even though we’re in the same community, it’s been weeks since our paths have crossed (other than on the Internet)! :<( I read "Bread and Wine" while we were in California and really enjoyed Shauna's insights about life's challenges.

I'd love to get a coffee date on our calendars in April to compare thoughts about the book and catch up in person!

    • Alysa March 23, 2014, 9:49 pm

It has been weeks Cheryl! I’d love to catch up, hear about your Cali trip, and talk about Shauna’s book. Sounds like a perfect coffee date to me. April works! I’ll e-mail you.
